We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturer's defects on all Sure Basics and Safetynex products purchased directly from Sure Basics Inc Canada or an authorized Canadian retailer.

We provide the following shipping methods for your convenience:

Standard: Canada Post regular parcel, 2-7 Business Days
UPS Ground Delivery: 3-5 Business Days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days

We ship across Canada from our Mississauga warehouse. No customs duty, brokerage or hidden fees involved! Free Canada Post standard shipping on all orders. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.

Yes. Surebasics.ca offers Hassle Free Returns if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please return your order for a full refund, store credit, or exchange of the item cost within 90 days of the purchase date. Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging and/or hang tags, and include all accessories, instruction guides and labels. Clothing items must be unworn. Return shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer/buyer.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted with a return authorization number.

1. Email our customer support team at support@surebasic.ca (state reason for return/exchange).
2. Place the items you are returning in the box.
3. Seal box and write our address (will be provided with the return authorization number).
4. Return shipping to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer/buyer.
